Themes and templates

If a product doesn’t work as described and I can’t fix it, you get a full refund. Ask within 14 days of your purchase.

• Send your order number and a short description of the problem through the support form
• I’ll try to fix the problem first, usually within two working days
• If it can’t be fixed, I refund you in full to your original payment method

Because products are digital and download instantly, refunds aren’t available for a change of mind, for buying by mistake when the product works as described, or after 14 days.

Custom projects

• The 50% deposit books your slot. It’s refundable until design work starts.
• If you cancel during the project, you pay for the work done so far and receive those files.
• The final payment is due at launch, once you’ve approved the finished site.
