How a project runs
Most projects follow the same five steps. You’ll get a week-by-week plan before we start.

01 Day 1
Brief and call
You send a short brief. I reply within 24 hours, we have a free 30-minute call, and you get a fixed quote and timeline.

02 Deposit
Plan and kick-off
A 50% deposit books your slot. I send a week-by-week plan and a short list of what I need from you: logo, text, photos.

03 Week 1–2
Design
You review the designs in Figma and leave comments right on the page. Two rounds of changes are included.

04 Build
Build and test
I build the site in WordPress and test it on phones, tablets and desktops, and in every major browser.

05 Launch
Go live and hand over
We launch together. You get a walkthrough video, login details and support for the period in your package.

How do payments work?
A 50% deposit books your slot and the rest is due at launch. Landing pages under $1,000 can be paid in full up front. I accept bank transfer, card and PayPal.
What do you need from me?
Your logo, the text for each page (or notes I can work from), photos if you have them, and a few websites you like. I’ll send a simple checklist after our call.
Do you write the copy?
I plan the structure of every page and help you shape the headlines and calls to action. If you need the full text written, I can add copywriting to your quote.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes. Everything is built in Elementor, so you can change text, photos and prices without code. You also get a short video showing how.
Do you handle hosting and domains?
I can recommend a host and set everything up on your account, so you own it. Hosting is paid directly to the host, not to me.
What happens after launch?
Every package includes support for fixes and small questions. After that you can book updates by the hour or on a small monthly plan.
Can you customise a theme I bought from your shop?
Yes, and it’s often the fastest route. Mention it in your brief and I’ll quote for the changes on top of the theme you already have.
